No. The inspection is free and without obligation. You receive photos of what we find and honest advice, even if nothing needs doing.
Am I committed to anything if I request a quote?
No. A request is without obligation. You only decide after you have read the quote and any questions have been answered.
What happens after I send the form?
We contact you to discuss your request. Usually we then schedule a survey on site; for a simple question we can sometimes answer straight away.
How do I know if my roof needs replacing?
Age is an indication, but condition is what counts. Recurring leaks, porous tiles, a bare top layer on a flat roof or a damaged underlay point to the end of its life. An inspection gives certainty.
Will my house stay dry while the roof is open?
Yes. We open the roof in sections and seal it watertight at the end of every working day.
Do you also work for owners’ associations and businesses?
Yes. For owners’ associations (VvE), property managers and businesses we carry out inspections, maintenance and renovations. Get in touch and we will discuss the roofs and the kind of reporting you need.
